Terms of Use
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms cover your use of Roundup. By using it, you agree to them. Roundup is also covered by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Who can play
You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.
Be decent
Roundup has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Don’t post anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or targets someone
- is hateful toward a group of people
- is sexual, or involves a minor in any harmful way
- shares someone’s private information
- breaks the law or encourages harm
You can report any answer and block any player from inside Roundup. We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and remove people who post it.
Your content
You own what you write. You give us permission to store it and show it to your group so the game works. You’re responsible for what you post.
Your account
You can delete your account any time in Roundup’s settings. We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
Purchases
Who Said It is free. Hosting Superlatives rounds is a one-time purchase through the App Store. Only the person hosting needs it. Apple handles payment, refunds and Family Sharing under its own terms. If Apple refunds a purchase, the unlock goes away.
No warranty
Roundup is provided as is. We work to keep it running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the app.
