Stash

Terms of Use

Effective October 20, 2026

These terms cover your use of Stash. By using it, you agree to them. Stash is also covered by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Who can use Stash

You need to be at least 13, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Not financial advice

Stash helps you plan your own money. It doesn’t give financial, tax or legal advice, and it doesn’t connect to your bank. The numbers are only as accurate as what you enter, so check them against your bank and card statements.

Your data

Your budget is yours. It stays on your devices and in your iCloud, as the privacy policy explains. Keep your own backups if your budget matters to you; Export to CSV makes that easy.

Stash Plus

Your budget is free. Stash Plus is an optional purchase through the App Store, as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time Lifetime purchase, for you or your family. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple handles payment, refunds and Family Sharing under its own terms. If Apple refunds a purchase, Plus goes away.

No warranty

Stash is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and working, but we can’t promise it will be free of bugs. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages, or for money decisions you make using it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If a change matters, we’ll say so in the app.
